Healix House, Esher

Healix, the medical insurance and healthcare solution company have relocated from Hampton to Esher. A major expansion for this highly rated company and overseen by Jane Kennet (who happens to be my better half).

As you can see in these photographs I took yesterday..things are still a few stages away from completion but shaping up nicely. I was particularly impressed with all the social ‘furniture’ . The investment in staff well being and relaxation is exemplary and  shows that the current trend in many companies (and in particular the Civil Serrvcie) for removing anything ‘social’ from the workplace is in fact extremely counter-productive.  Healix has invested in intelligent, committed staff who work above and beyond the norm because they ENJOY WORKING THERE! Simple.

Healix House. Esher. Meeting room

Healix group of companies decided on Esher House as it offers enhanced space, fresh open plan architecture with complementary meeting/discussion rooms and a close link to London by both road and rail. I was impressed by how Healix utilises the workplace for both productivity and relaxation so staff always seem to be able to unwind from the pressures of work without having to leave the building if the so wish. See Me Photography was pleased to be able to photograph the interiro and exterior of this building (particularly as Jane Kennet is my lovely wife and I’m only too please to document all her hard work). Architecture Photography is not something I’ve done for quite some time  (although I have a good friend Andrew Meredith) who is an expert at it and some of his technique may have rubbed off…
